Programme modifications

Providers looking to make a change to a current programme must let the GDC know of their plans by completing this form. Please email the Education Quality Assurance team to let them know when you submit a completed form.

This form will be used to assess whether further information or evidence is needed to confirm that our Standards for Education and learning outcomes will continue to be met. You can find details of the process involved by downloading our programme modification guidance for providers.
